What materials are your balance boards made from?Our balance boards are crafted from high-quality birch wood and coated with a durable, non-slip lacquer to ensure both durability and safety. We use only the best materials to provide a reliable and long-lasting product.

Can I use the board for other exercises besides balance training?Yes! In addition to improving balance, our boards are perfect for a wide range of exercises, including core strengthening, stability drills, and coordination training. They are a versatile tool for enhancing overall fitness.

What is your return and refund policy?We offer a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item is damaged during shipping, file a claim with the carrier with photos of the damage. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any items. Products must be returned with prepaid freight and carefully packaged. We recommend using a traceable carrier like UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. No returns or refunds are accepted after 30 days.
