Returns & Refund Policy

All our products come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the purchase date. If your product is damaged during shipping, you’ll need to file a claim with the shipping carrier, including photos of both the packaging and the damaged item. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return Guidelines:

  • Before returning any item, you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Products must be returned with shipping costs prepaid and carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  • To ensure safe delivery, we recommend using a traceable shipping service like UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.

  • Refunds or credits will be processed only after the item has been received and inspected.

Please be aware that we cannot process refunds, exchanges, or credits for items returned after 30 days.
