Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 13pm EST Monday - Friday will be shipped from our warehouse that day.

Zoonboard ships via FedEx Ground to anywhere in the Continental USA, with an average delivery time of 3-5 business days from the ship date.

Express Shipping - Up to 2 business days for all zones up to Zone 6.
Standard Shipping - Up to 5 business days for all zones up to Zone 6.

Refused or Returned Orders

Orders that are refused or returned are not eligible for free shipping. Customers will be charged the full cost of shipping both to and from their location, as well as any storage fees incurred by Zoonboard from FedEx or other carriers.

A refund will be issued for the product amount minus all shipping costs and applicable fees.

Address Correction or Other Fees

When placing an order, customers must provide Zoonboard with a valid and accurate FedEx-deliverable shipping address, including any apartment, unit, or suite number, and specify whether the location is a street, avenue, etc.

The shipping address must also include the correct zip code.

If the address provided by the customer is not recognized as a valid FedEx-deliverable address, a $15 per box "Address Correction" fee will be charged to the customer's credit card upon notification from FedEx to Zoonboard.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes due to size restrictions.
